Ambassador Peat Free John Innes No.1 Compost 20 Litres Seedlings & Cuttings

Ambassador Peat Free John Innes No.1 Compost is a soil-based compost for growing on seedlings, plugs, young plants and rooted cuttings. The larger 20 Litre Bag is ideal for gardeners potting up multiple plants, filling seedling pots or preparing container displays. The John Innes-style formula combines loam, grit and peat-free ingredients to create an open, free-draining structure. This helps provide a stable environment for young roots while allowing excess water to drain away. Its balanced nutrient content feeds developing plants for up to six weeks, supporting strong early growth before the next stage of potting on. Use for transplanting seedlings, plug plants and cuttings into small pots or containers. Water thoroughly after potting and keep the compost moist. Once plants become established, move them on to a suitable John Innes No.2 compost. Pack size: 20 Litre Bag.
